Why hello there, my names Gwen if you don’t already know that. I’m a freshman here at our high school, class of 2014. One weird, scary fact if mine is 21. I have 21 letters in my full name all written out. I was born on the 21st of December, 1995. I used to live at a street address which contained 21 in it. Not too long ago I was sick with tonsillitis, which really sucked not being able to swallow all that well, anyways, it happened to come with a total of 21 pills to take. Pretty weird, uh? Well I hope my time here in high school I’ll make lifelong friends and graduate with them all the year of 2014!
I have drama first period and I’m hoping that Mrs.Rodrigues will teach me not to be shy anymore, to be more outgoing, to perform on stage and show my inner creativity I have for drama. I like and finally understand math, even though I may struggle in new things at first, I hope that Miss Rocca can help me through the struggles of algebra this year. Mr.Prewitt is the awesomeness geography teacher ever, who I have for third period, teaches us about the amazing facts of the WORLD of course. Ahhh…physical education, the old P.E. I mean I like getting fit an all, but squats are no bueno, my legs are killing me! Moving on to biology with Mr.Duston, so far so good, heard he’s a pretty hard class to pass but I’ll be the judge of that in time before you know it, already done, moving on to being a sophomore! So...ahhh E.D.A... yeah...pretty cool class, get to spin around in the spinny chairs. Oh and the class is pretty cool too, Mrs. Carr, yeah, shes nice. Last but not least, English, yes with Mr.Geib. I'm gonna say, I can already see him as my second favorite English teacher of my life! Goals to all these classes, is to pass successfully with all A's if possible, yes reaching for the high goal. Like they say, "Don't dream big; go home."
Gwen's brainstorming diagram!
When it comes to family, everyone's different. For instance some kids would say, I don't want to fight with my little brother or sister anymore. Or I don't want to always be yelling at my parents or blaming everything on them. Mine is simple, since I'm an only lonely child, all I want for my family is to be a good daughter to my mom and dad. Do my chores when asked to, and all that fun stuff. When I get older, I really hope I don't do anything stupid like get a tattoo and for my parents and family members to resent me. Hopefully my October Florida vacation goes well with me, my parents and grandparents or that will be one long tip I tell yeah what. I plan to stay close to the ones I love and never turn on them.
A little before I started 9th grade, I became more social with friends and what not. Started going to church with them and just hanging out because it was the summer on 2010! Became more outgoing, when before that I was this shy thing who was afraid to try anything or do anything. I go to a lot of family events such as birthdays, anniversaries and yeah, just some random outings like dinner. Garrett, my boyfriend has made me become more social and more outgoing towards life, and I thank him for that. Hopefully this year of drama, I'll just be one big ray of sunshine that talks to everyone, even the ones I don't know.
Some how I'm not obese, even though all I do is sit on my butt and eat, eat, eat. I used to snack all the time, but it's a new school year, a new school and now a new healthy start. Before, I was all lazy but I prepared myself a little over the summer and worked out...a little bit. Now I'm prepared for the real stuff in P.E, push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, ect. Now hopefully I'll stay alive at Mavericks and it won't kill me. My eating habits are going to improve soon I hope, and yeah I hope to stay fit and healthy, mentally and physically.
So now you know all my goals for my freshman year and beyond. Along with my weird, scary fact of 21. Now that I've wrote this, I hope to follow it, and reach my goals. Til then, have a great year my fellow classmates with following and reaching yours.
